”Our Productive Commercial Company „Turkey Slaughter and Processing” is a family Company which is located in Slupia Kapitulna, a picturesque places in Wielkopolska, near Rawicz.

In 1982 we founded the turkey farm and then expanded our activity by starting a butchery „Buying-in and Slaughter of Turkey”.In 1998 we started turkey processing and producing sausages and meat products.
At present we slaughter, partition and produce turkey meat products.

The building complex of our Company is designed and built due to the European Union standarts and is equipped with the most modern machines.

We are located in one of the most ecologically clean regeons of Poland. There is an eco-friendly boiler house, modernized biological wasetwarter treatment and also a modern warter treatment plant.

Company products’ range includes over 100 items: chilled turkey meat and
joints; cold meats, thin and thick sausages, Luncheon meats , cold cured meat, dry sausages.

All our products are the result of modern producing technology connected with traditional recipes based on high quality meat of our breeding from our own turkey farm.

Our modern equipment allows us to keep high quality standarts, and our GHP and GMP as well as HACCP system guaranteed preserving hygieny on all stages of the process.
As a confirmation of the high quality of our products, they are certificated for sale not only in the European Union, but also in Ukrain.

“Wierzejki” Meat shop was established in 1991. The owners and founders are: Jan Zdanowski and Marek Zdanowski

The firm undertakes slaughtering, sorting and production of a wide range of meat, ready-to-cook foods and their sale. We hire more than 400 people and we are one of the biggest private establishments of its type in Podlasie. Our high quality products allow us to constantly gain new clientele nation wide as well as abroad.

Our products are sold to almost all known chains of wholesale trade in two states of Mazowsze and Lubelszczyzna.

“Wierzejki” has won a lot of awards for its high quality products. It has been announced the champion of the Agro-League ( Agro-Liga ) and awarded at the national championships called “The Polish Food Producer” ( Polski Producent Żywności). In the year 2003 our products were twice awarded in the competition “products of the best quality” organized by the Institute of Meat and Fat Industries in Warsaw.

At present a new production unit is under construction. It will consist of a slaughter house (slaughter of the cattle, horses, poultry as well as ostriches), a sorting-unit and a production unit for pork butcher’s meat and other ready-to-cook meat products (including a section of regional products made according to old traditional Polish technology).

The new unit is completely in accordance with the EU standards. While designing the unit, special care was taken keeping in mind production for export to western as well as eastern markets.

Being situated near the eastern – Polish border (about 60 km) has resulted in long term, stable trade contacts in Ukraine and Byelorussia.

Our firm is interested in purchase of high quality pork meat, which would increase the general level of meat in our products. At present “Wierzejki” has about 150 brand shops in Mazowsze and Lubelszczyzna (including  in Capitol: Warsaw).

Firma zajmuje się ubojem, rozbiorem i produkcją szerokiego asortymentu mięsa oraz jego przetworów w postaci wędlin, wyrobów garmażeryjnych a także ich sprzedażą. Spółka jest jedną z największych firm prywatnych tego typu na Podlasiu, a wysoka jakość wyrobów pozwala jej na stałe pozyskiwanie nowych rynków zbytu zarówno w kraju, jak i za granicą.

Zakład Mięsny “Wierzejki” zdobył wiele cennych wyróżnień w konkursach premiujących przetwory najwyższej jakości. Został Mistrzem Agro-Ligi oraz laureatem Ogólnopolskiego Finału “Polski Producent Żywności”. Produkty z “Wierzejek” były wielokrotnie nagradzane w konkursach “Produkty najwyższej jakości w polskim przemyśle mięsnym”, organizowanym przez Instytut Przemysłu Mięsnego i Tłuszczowego w Warszawie. W 2006 roku nasz zakład został uhonorowany między innymi nagrodami “Gazele Biznesu” i “Orzeł Agrobiznesu”.
